We’ve spent tens of thousands of Dollars to insure that our site is secure and we do not sell or share our customer list with anyone. We do our very best to expedite every order, however not all orders will ship the same day as ordered. Personalized email confirmations of your order or a phone call confirming your order is always standard procedure when ordering our hitch products or collegiate gifts.

WHAT IF ITEMS ARE OUT OF STOCK?

If we can’t ship your order complete, we will notify you by phone, fax, or e-mail (your choice), and you can either cancel your order or we can hold it on back order for you. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.

GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES:

Every product comes with a 30-day return privilege. If you are not completely satisfied with your hitching product, accessory or collegiate gifts you may return any unused item in its original container within 30 days for a full refund. Sorry, no refund on used items or shipping charges. Most hitching products, accessories and collegiate gifts are covered by manufacture warranties that range from 90 days to lifetime. We can supply you with warranty details on any product that we sell.
